Here’s exactly what to expect.
Step 1: The First Contact

In your first message, you don’t need to have everything figured out. “I need help with X and I’m not sure where to start” is a completely normal opening. We’ll ask the questions needed to understand your situation.
Step 2: The Conversation
For most requests, we’ll have a brief call or exchange to understand:
- What specifically needs to be done
- Your timeline and any hard deadlines
- Your location and any relevant logistics
- Any preferences or details that matter to you
This is also when we give you an honest estimate of what the service will cost. We charge an hourly rate, with the first hour as a flat rate and 15-minute increments after that. We’ll tell you upfront what we expect the task to require.
Step 3: We Get to Work
Once you’ve confirmed you’d like to proceed, we get started. For urgent requests, this can be the same day. For scheduled services, we confirm the timing and you can get on with your life knowing it’s handled.
We stay in touch throughout, updates when relevant, and notification when the task is complete. For tasks involving physical items, we typically send photos and any receipts.
Step 4: Completion and Follow-Up
When the task is done, you’ll hear from us. If anything came up during the task that you should know about, we’ll tell you. If the request took less time than estimated, you’re billed for the actual time.
Many clients use us once for a specific need and then realize how useful it would be to have us on a recurring basis. Others come back intermittently when something comes up. Both are completely fine, there’s no commitment required.

Everything you share with us stays confidential. We handle personal errands, sensitive documents, and private situations regularly. Discretion is not an add-on, it’s part of how we operate.
